EMBROIDERY CLUBS DONATE $670 TO
COVENANT CHURCH.

The Galesburg Sewing Center Embroidery Clubs donated $670
to the Covenant Church in memory of fellow club member
Betty Vogel.
Just before the Thanksgiving Holiday, owner, Rebecca Gillett
and Embroidery Club Manager, Vicky Hartley presented
Priscilla Hawkinson of the Covenant Church with the memorial
donation of $670.
Priscilla commented that the Church is working on 3 projects
for the needy and this donation will feed a lot of people.

We would also like to thank Betty's family and our
Embroidery Club members.
Betty's family donated her embroidery software back to the
Galesburg Sewing Center for us to distribute as we saw fit.
Owners Dave & Rebecca Gillett felt the best way to honor
Betty's memory was to give back to the organization that
she loved so much. Club members were offered her software
for a donation to the Covenant Church in Betty's name.
Thank you to the club members who donated to her
memorial fund and we hope you think of Betty every time
you use your embroidery designs.
