Our policy is to provide our customers with the newest and best sewing products in the industry at the guaranteed best prices.

Perhaps most important, our customers must physically visit one of our stores to purchase a machine. We will not sell sewing machines over the internet, nor will we sell over the phone. We cannot and will not ship any sewing machine. Our goal is to provide quality lessons and service to our customers. We feel that we cannot do this over the computer or phone. We must be able to show you the machine in person.

We will provide free lessons on the operation of any of the sewing products we sell.

We will provide quality and quick service on all makes and models of machines with a full one year warranty on work provided.*

On some occasions we may offer for sale via the internet, close out of manufacturer approved products from Singer. Special notice will be provided.
